All this can be comfortably experienced in surrounding a month through this stunning corner of South America.

Here's a month hiking route suggested, starting and finishing in Peru and travel by bus to actualize.

If you book on a tour or simply turn to the wharf and get a boat is to you, but you don't want to miss a trip Islands remotely on Lake Titticaca.Floating reed Islands are card postcard-perfect and on the Isla Amantani, stay with a local family will give real insight into life in this part remote world where life has changed for centuries ago.

Next bus of Copacabana, on the shores of Lake Titicaca, Bolivie.Le nail this head is the trek to the coast in a small village where you can rent a small boat and the driver to take in all of the Isla Del Sol you agenda. The landscape is spectacular, and that night on Isla Del Sol can miss luxury comfort (supplies are carried by a mule and the water is at a premium), the island makes more room for in a spectacular scenery and walking opportunities.

Return to Puno and La Paz, a large city in Bolivia. One of the higher world, La Paz city is nestled in the mountains that provide a backdrop for stall wandering lined streets and explore the lively markets and museums.

La - Paz, head South and get a tour of 4 x 4 across the huge apartments at the Salar De Uyuni Salt. You will get to the Chilean border and San Pedro de Atacama, the centre of tourism in the desert of Atacama spectaculaire.Vous can go sand-boarding houses, mountain bike, ride horseback and hiking with San Pedro de Atacama as your base, but however you choose to see, the desert meeting should be on your list.

Continue North in Peru and head to Arequipa. This beautiful city has much to offer visitors, not least a trip in the Colca canyon to proximité.Depuis Cabanaconde village on RIM Canyon (about 100 miles of Arequipa), you can of the trek into the canyon in a few hours where you swim to the oasis (pure bliss) and stay in a hut by the hosts rivière.Vos (a local family - no need to book, in fact, it is probably not possible to reserve) a meal, light a fire, and provide you hosting of base.Le sense of tranquillity in such a remote location and the expansive natural environment mean a trip in the Colca canyon should be included on the route of each traveller.
